Cintas Corporation Names Pamela Lowe Vice President, Corporate Communications

CINCINNATI, Feb 19, 2004 - Scott D. Farmer, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS), announced today that Pamela Lowe has joined the company as Vice President, Corporate Communications.

Ms. Lowe brings 20 years experience in communications to this newly created position, having served as a senior communications executive with a Fortune 500 company, The White House and an international CEO trade association. In her new role, she will coordinate external communications, assist with shareholder and analyst communication and support business divisions and corporate management with internal communications.

Ms. Lowe spent ten years in the apparel manufacturing and marketing industry as vice president, corporate communications at Fruit of the Loom, a position held from 1988 to 1998. Prior to Fruit of the Loom, Ms. Lowe served as executive director of The Mid-America Committee, an international trade association for CEO's of Chicago-based Fortune 500 companies from 1983-1988.

Ms. Lowe served in The White House Public Affairs Office and The White House Transition Press Office during the Reagan Administration from 1981-1982, and Hill & Knowlton, Inc. in Washington, D.C. from 1980-1981.

Most recently, Ms. Lowe served as director of national events for The Speaking of Women's Health Foundation in Cincinnati, OH from 2002-2003, and partner with Event Management Solutions in Denver, CO from 1998-2001.

A native of Cincinnati, Ms. Lowe received a BA Communications, graduating cum laude from Hillsdale College. She was awarded an APR accreditation from the Public Relations Society of America in 2003.
