Cintas Corporation Announces Promotion

Cincinnati, Ohio - Scott D. Farmer, Chief Executive Officer of Cintas Corporation (Nasdaq: CTAS), announced that William C. Gale has been promoted to Senior Vice President - Finance effective immediately.

Mr. Gale joined the company in1995 as Chief Financial Officer and has held that position for the last 8 years. In addition to his current responsibilities as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Gale will also be responsible for the Corporate Development effort at the company.

He has been integrally involved in evaluating and converting many of Cintas' major acquisitions, including Uniforms To You, Unitog and Omni Services.
