Cintas enjoys numerous relationships with a diverse set of suppliers to provide the best value proposition in the business.
Cintas approaches each
relationship as a long-term
commitment that is mutually
beneficial to both the
supplier and the customers
of Cintas.
Cintas generally has
two types of agreements
that we enter into
with suppliers. Corporate
Purchase Agreements
or CPAs are used by
Cintas corporate offices
to secure supplier
services on a mandatory
basis for all of its
field offices. Voluntary
Purchase Agreements
or VPAs are preferred
status agreements with
suppliers that are
more recommendations
than committed sales
for a given supplier.
In all, corporate
CPAs and VPAs will
provide for the availability
of suitable goods and
services at competitive
prices and superior
value. All Cintas field
locations follow the
purchasing agreements
set forth by Cintas
Corporate offices.
As part of these purchase
agreements, suppliers
are expected to sign-off
on the Cintas Vendor
Code of Conduct and
open up their facilities
for continuous audit
by Cintas Corporation
to ensure compliance.
More on this is available
under the official
Code of Conduct for
Cintas Vendors.
